HOME ALONe 2
LOST IN NEW YORK
1992 **** 120 mins.
Like the first film, this film had me debating between three and a half stars and four. As a kid, I liked this film more. After watching them both again, I think the first film is just a tad better. This film does still have a lot of great, hilarious moments, though, and I decided on four stars because of its classic status.
This time, Kevin (Macaualy Culkin) gets on the wrong plane, so he heads to New York City, while his family heads to Florida. Needless to say, mayhem ensues when he is discovered using his father's credit card (which the hotel staff believes to be stolen) and the Wet Bandits from the first film are out of prison and on the streets of New York.
Rated PG.
