My name is Jake, for my ninth grade project I'm making a website to tell people more about United States Navy SEALS. Navy SEALS are one of  the most elite fight units in the world. They are the ones that do missions most can't. SEAL is an acronym for SEa, Air, and Land. They can strike from anywhere at anytime. SEALS go through some of the hardest training.

Requirments on becoming a SEAL- A US citizen, male, clean record, high school graduate (or meet equivalency standards), 28 years old or less, and have correctable 20/20 vision. To get into the training you must also get a GS+MC+EI=165 or VE+MK+MC+CS=220 score on the ASVAB and pass the SEAL PST.

To get into training you must take  the SEAL challenge.(you will probably want to take this before you enter Navy) To pass the challenge you must:

-Swim 500-yards using side or breaststroke in less than    12 min. 30sec.
-10 min. rest
-42 pushups in 2 min.
-2 min. rest
-50 sit-ups in 2 min.
