| Emotions play a big role in people's lives, as certain events can determine how we act or feel. People find many obstacles in life that may hinder them. But as you read these quotes below and please reflect upon it then see if they can make you feel more hopeful at troubled times. As you read along, keep them to yourself and feel free to share them with your friends. Next to each quote is my personal interpretation and there is no right or wrong answer though. "Find what you seek and discover many yet to be unraveled." This seems to be a quote with a broad range of ideas. Personally, I assume that this deals with your life, as in accomplishing goals. To finish the mission you want to succeed, you will have to come through many hurdles that may hinder you for a while. However, these obstacles are not unsolvable. Discover many yet to be unraveled means that you would have to deal with problems that may be perplexing and puzzling but at last, you are the one who will succeed in dealing with them. "Endure, in enduring, grow strong." Physical pain or conflicts within life? Possibly could be any, I think this quote means that if you withstand against your struggles, you will eventually prevail. For example, a child that lives in a violent family, he would have to survive against the pain he had long suffered. If he fails that, then most likely, he might possibly end up being a pessimistic in this world. However, this quote does not mean that you need to stand everything to the extreme, it is just saying that confronting whatever fears you might have is better than evading them. "Nothing burns inside your heart like the feeling of losing something or someone." Clearly this is a quote that deals a lot with the loss of a loved one and it relates to the next quote below. My interpretation of this passage would be, to tolerate the anguish of someone special who had recently departed from your life is more than you can bear. It carries a very strong meaning and try to inform one of your close friends about this, in case they had lost something or someone special. "Memories can be painful, as life is filled with happiness and regrets. Choose to keep them or forget them." Another quote with a powerful message. Memories deal with emotions, as you remember things from childhood to adulthood. If a person could wash away his troubled thoughts then he would undoubtedly be a more happy, vivacious person. On the contrary, if an individual tends to keep those tormented moments inside himself, then he would never find true peace. "The past remains a history, the future is unknown ahead. Make the best out of you today." Forget what happened earlier, do your best in the present so that you could control your future in the upcoming. The past cannot be changed. I think this quote also advises people to spend their time carefully, as in do the best today. But I feel that it also tells that you are the one who controls your life and it gives a helpful guide to not think of yourself as a failure. "Where there is evil, good had always triumph. Where there was darkness, light had always been victorious." Nothing is impossible to fix and every problem has a solution. Need not try to change everything about yourself but try to make yourself a better person by following your heart, not what others tell you. This quote reflects greatly on the principles of religion, where the good side always prevails over the evil side. However, this is also about peoples' deeds in their lives, as your actions depend on your outcome in the future. "Actions would prove more than words." Perhaps the most basic of all quotes, it mentions that talking and bragging and doing nothing would not help in any circumstance. An example would be about two sports players in the school team. The player that focuses heavily on practicing and commitment to the team would eventually succeed more than a player who sits around boasting and doing nothing. |
