The aim of the organisation is:
- To improve the socio-economic condition of the villagers (Five hundred thousand population)
- To provide job opportunities for the impoverished people
- To promote sports and games among the villagers
- To provide health care and health education to the rural people through a free clinic and periodical health camps
- To promote integrated education for the visually handicapped, hearing impaired and physically handicapped
- To provide informal education opportunities for both adults and children
- To rehabilitate impoverished disabled people
- To work for Human rights and dalit liberation
- To work for empowerment of women
