Hi
guys and welcome once again .When I started my web page I wanted
to do something different .First I thought of starting a numerology
and astrology page . I started pirating different astrological and
numerological reviews from different websites .But in the end the
inner self gave me a red light. So in the end I came up with the
idea of starting a web page in memory of the innevitable and inexhaustable
dilemmas .
DILEMMA
[di 'lem 'a] :- A situation requiring
a choice between equally objectionable alternatives . The word dilemma
here is not used in its technical term .I do not mean an insoluble
problem , as it is explained in the phrase " two horns of dilemma
". One of which is bound to impale you if the other does not
.I use it rather as referring to polarity or paradox . To be sure
dilemmas can result in stalemate ,blockage ,anxious over-development
of one side to escape the other. Hence the many disturbances problem
.
Life
my friend is full of dilemmas. Every moment we face dilemmas. Whether
to talk or not, to hate him or not, to love or not, to have sex
or not, to work or not, study now or not. Every thing you do has
two sides to it. It's easy where you have some preferance to one
side. But when you give importance to both sides it gets worse.
You don't know what to do. " To do or not to do " is your
dilemma.
You
hereafter start thinking about different things that will happen
if you do and if you don't. This will build up pressure inside you.
Ultimately leading to a chaotic state where you can't think about
anything else. This dangerous situation can lead you to a stalemate,
emotional blockage, or a condition where you won't have any hatred
or love towards anyone. But you woulde be insane. You won't be conscious
of yourself anymore. And if you are not conscious of yourself you
be better off dead.
Two
type of people suffer from dilemmas first category are afraid of
action. They prefer to suffer in their emotional virtual world but
not in the present world. This can be because of some previous sad
experience they had in their life. Subject is not aware that "
because once it has happned it is not necessary that it should happen
again ". There is a second category who are afraid of anxiety
that results when you " act out ". If the subject is of
a calm and and relaxed personality he tends to avoid anxiety or
he seems it something not him (to be anxious that is). The subject
of this kind is usually an introvert. Typically the subject is from
a nuclear middle family.
How
can you solve it? For first category subjects, they should be encouraged
to get involved usually with others as they should make up their
mind to act out instead of staying in their shell. They will eventually
come to know that " if they stay in their shell too long they
will turn nuts ". The second category subject has to learn
that getting anxious once in a while is normal. To venture causes
anxiety but not to venture is to lose oneself and to venture in
the highest sense is precisely to be conscious of oneself. To be
conscious of oneself is to "live in the present world ".
When you are conscious of yourself you can act with awareness and
only with this awareness you can move forward.
Anxiety
according to psychologists is a better teacher than reality, for
reality can be temporarly avoided whereas anxiety cannot. So all
together according to me dilemma helps individuals growth to a mature
person. Visualizing the two poles of facts helps to develop the
outlook of the perso with respect to the world. But thinking alone
will do you no good. In the next two pages some examples are sited.
Two are from my experience ,one from my friend and the rest from

. Note that in the end we overcome
the dilemma by conscious action but not the consequences of our
action ......
