Crime and law in overlapping world concept

 

What do know about your world ? What comprises your world ?

All things animate and inanimate? May be there is more.

what if I say that your world is limited to your knowledge.The people and things you know.Your character and appearance ,is dependent on and only these factors...Let me explain.

If for a moment you can visualise things as circles ....you as a circle in diagram 1-,other circles of same color are the people you know .The intersection or the area of overlap shows the extent you know a person.And as you can see one person may be indirectly influenced by another with or without direct contact as they are already in contact in direct or indirect way.If you don't understand do not proceed as it will add to your confusion..

Now ,since you won't listen..read on .See rose color.Those are the people who live on this world.But you don't know them and vice versa.Now how is that possible ? They live on the same place you do ....earth..and they don't give a f+++ about you.Isn't that bad .but how did it happen.You are smart ,good looking and intelligent boy/girl.Why the hell are they doing it ?

Now the story from the other side.There is no time.Every one is busy with there own life.Life is not a sweet piece of cake for many of us.Of all the things to do for survival there is seldom time for discovery of individuals.But few intimate aquantances with some M.F.B's and you will agree that enough is enough.

Now to our theme.Crime often has no explanation.What is a crime .Is having affairs bad.Some of us do it for fun ,some to passtime,some for pleassure and some do not .They think it is not there area .Now bigger things.Is kiling wrong.Yeah defenetly.right .What about about a paki.Isn't paki human.Nah.So we have two billion people on one side thinking thats right and 1.5 billion on the other side saying it sucks.

Define right ?Define moral ? Define love ?Define pleassure?

When all these are having thousand views how come we are able pass law saying that is so?

Now take the case of a guy who goes to prostitutes.What kind of a guy goes to prostitutes,
1>who has a bitch in his house,
2>who has no girl friend,
3>who has lots of money and needs a hole to stack it.
Now no body is born with a girlfriend.So among lot of other things search is on for a girl/guy[these days can't fix on something].Since you can't ask your dad where can i pick up some girls.You have to find it out for yourself.Since it is not a nice thing others should know you have to take the pain of concealing it.Suddenly you remember decades have passed for all this .When now you are finally a master some body comes to you and says "Man what are you doing ?'.

What do you think you should say.May be a middle-finger-upside-down will solve it for the moment.

Another case.A guy has been convicted to 6 months in jail for kissing a girl in public.Now on his way to jail he is thinking "May be i did it more than I should"."God ,please give a second chance I will ask the girl sorry" and blah blah".Now in his cell he sees three people .

After some time he gathers courage to ask one of them
He says"I killed my wife.Slkiced her into 35 pieces and fed it my children."
"And why will you do that ".
"Caus I saw her with her boyfriend."

"Wicked" he thinks.And decide to ask the second guy ,
"Sex racket case,101 has me as pimp.Nicely paid job until one bitch backstabbed.
"okay "he replied.

He asked the third guy,"Sir ,why you are here".
"serial rapist"
"how many"
"236"
"god almighty".
"yup"
"why will u do that "
"fun"
"Gulp"

After 6 months the guy gets out .Do you think he is a changed man now.If was in that place I would say to myself,"And I thought I was bad".

I ,at this moment advocate a psychologist in every court and police station .Wherby a crime can be convicted and not a criminal.Even after lot of rules and regulations we still see people comitting the same "mistakes".Why? Its because the condition around the individual is pretty much the same even now.If you really want to make a change ,make it in the conditions around the individual .Criminals are not our enemy, but the conditions that make a man criminal is.Fight it every second of your life.

Some of them -

1>Hatred- We [some of us atleast]have atendency to hate without reason.Try to avoid pre-conceived images in mind.

2>Isolation-Some of the best criminal minds take there decisions in the peak of isolation from world.Though we need private moments in our life.Too much and you will turn nuts.Same way help others beat boredom and it will turn out to be mutually beneficial thing.

3>Money-Not a very recommended thing.Most of the times I have seen friends fighting over it.But this one thing I have experienced myself.If you help someone in misery truly[means you won't be asking it every second]with a purpose of elevating him from the situation.You might win a friend for life.We have to accept every one doesn't have a nice time.
I tell you man,i been screwed quiet some time.Fate you can't ignore it.If its in your fate you shall have it.Misery knows no Ambani or tata.

4>Selfless-act -of service- Means you don't expect anything when you do something .Do it because you want to do it.Not because you want something in return,and besure you will have your due.

Can one person make a difference .Yes ,if you are trully motivated to the core.
