For years I have had the benefits of working in the food industry and trying out new recipes or even creating "new" ones. I have always wanted to put some recipes together for all my friends and here they finally are!
In this collection of recipes, I have recipes that were given to me by my mom, sisters, aunts and friends. I have also included some that were created in some of the cafeterias that I have worked. The best part of creating and customizing recipes in the food industry, is that you have more people to taste them and give you their opinion. I want to thank all of my customers for their honesty and willingness to try something that I have created.
I ask that you do not use these recipes as your own, but give credit where credit is due as these recipes have been copyrighted. You have the sole right to prepare these recipes for your famil and friends as others have. These recipes can be modified to your liking and please so as that is what it takes to really enjoy a good recipe.
