Caramel Bars
Mix together:
� cup Butter (not margerine)
1 cup of Flour
1 cup of Oatmeal
� cup of Brown Sugar
1 tsp. of Baking Soda
� tsp. Salt

Spray the bottom of an 9�11 pan with crisco or whatever you use. Press the mix in the pan and bake at 350� for about 7 minutes. Depending on your oven, it may take less.

Microwave:
3 Tablespoon Evaporated Milk
3 Tablespoon Butter
32 Caramels (unwrapped)

Microwave until all is melted. Remove from microwave and spread evenly on the pre-baked crust. Sprinkly a package of Chocolate Chips on top. Put back in oven and bake for about 10 more minutes, or until the chocolates chips are almost all melted. Remove from oven and let cool before cutting.

This recipe is to die for. Especially when you need that chocolate fix. I make these now for any thing that someone invites me over to and asks me to bring a dessert. They love them.
Snicker Bar Cake
1 package Sweet German Chocolate cake mix

Mix according to package. Pour half of the batter into a 9�13 greased pan. Bake at 350� for 20 minutes.

30 Kraft Caramels
1 Sick of Butter (� Cup)
1 Tablespoon Milk

Melt over low heat on stove top.

Pour this over the top of the baked cake. Spread � Cup of Chocolate Chips over the Caramel Topping. Then sprinkle 1 Cup of chopped nuts on top of the chocolate chips. Spread the remaining cake batter over this mixture and bake in a 350� oven for 15 minutes or longer. Check for doneness with finger. Cake should bounce back when pushed on. Serve with whipped topping or vanilla ice cream. Great served warm.
Banana Split Dessert
18 Graham Crackers - crushed
� Cup Sugar
� Cup melted Butter

Combine the above and press into a 9�13 pan. Save some of the crumb mixture to sprinkle on the top, about � of a cup.

In a bowl:
2 boxes of Instant Vanilla Pudding, add
2 2/3 Cups of Milk, mix well.

Spread pudding over graham cracker mixture then spread 1 - regular can of (drain well) crushed Pineapple on top of the pudding. Next, slice 5 bananas on top of this.

Top with Dream Whip or some other non-dairy whip topping.

Sprinkle remaining graham cracker crumb on top.

Refrigerate for 1� hours before cutting. I found that making this dessert the night before works best.
