Tortilla Wrap

This makes one sandwich.

1 - 10 " Flour Tortill
2 Tablespoon Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tablespoon Guacomole
1 piece of Leaf Lettuce
3 Tomato slices
2 ounces of deli slicedSmoked Turkey
2 ounces of deli sliced Ham

Take the flour tortilla and spread the cream cheese, then spread the guacomole. Add the leaf letuce, tomatoes, then layer the turkey and ham. Now, roll the tortilla up into a jelly roll. Slice into 4 even slices and put a tooth pick in each piece to hold together. Garnish with a pickle spear.

Chicken Quesadillas

Diced Chicken 
Season with Fajita Seasoning. Sautee in a skillet until thoroughly cooked. You can also use an already marinated Fajita Chicken that you can buy in your local grocery store.

Pico de Gallo

3 Jalepeno Peppers
2 Tomatoes, diced
3 T. Cilantro
1 small Lemon, squeeze the juice in your mixture but make sure that you don't get any seeds in it.
1/2 small Purple Onion, diced

Season with Cumin, oregano, salt and pepper. I also add a pinch of cayenne pepper to it too. This is also best if you make this the day before so that it may marinate and saturate all the flavors that are in this item. (Great with tortilla chips)

Cheese Blend:
1 cup of Cheddar Cheese
1/2 Cup of Mozzarella

Mix together with Chili Powder, Parsley, Garlic Salt and a bit of oregano (not too much)

Now:
Take two 6" Flour Tortillas and butter the side of them, like you would do grilled cheese. Put the butter side of one in a skillet. Top this with a little bit of cheese mixture (I like lots of cheese), then put some Pico de Gallo on that and then top with the Fajita Chicken. Then top that with some more of your Cheese Mixture and then your other 6" tortilla. When one side looks done, kind of brown, flip and grill the other side. Kind of like making a grilled cheese, uh?

Fajita Chicken Wrap

5 ounce of Fajita Chicken, sliced into strips
2 ounces shredded Lettuce
3 ounces diced Tomato
1 ounce shredded Cheddar Cheese
1 large Flour Tortilla

Spread:
2 ounces of soft Cream Cheese
2 Tablespoons Picante Sauce
1Tablespoon Ranch Dressing

Mix well.

Take the flour tortilla and spread the cream cheese mixture on it. Next put your lettuce, diced tomatoes, Fajita Chicken and sprinkle your cheese on top. Roll up, slice in thirds and enjoy.
