| Cocktail Meatballs or Little Smokies |
| Sauce: 1 - 32 oz. Bottle of Ketchup 1 Cup Brown Sugar 2� Tablespoon Liquid Smoke 1/8 Cup White Vinegar 1� oz. Beer (or more) Simmer sauce on stove top for 20 minutes. Cocktail Meatballs: 5 pounds of Lean Ground Beef 5 Eggs � box or 1 pound of White Crushed Soda Crackers 1 Small White Onion Mix together - make meatballs into desired size. Bake in oven at 350� for 20 minutes. Add to Sauce and simmer for 1 Hour. Little Smokies may be sustituted for the Meatballs in this recipe. I also use a crockpot after I have simmered the sauce for 20 minutes on the stove top. Just put sauce with the meats in the crockpot for the 1 hour on high and then turn down and let people serve themselves. Great food item for Holiday Family get togethers. |
| Hidden Valley Ranch Oyster Crackers |
| 12 - 16oz Plain Oyster Crackers 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch Buttermilk recipe original Salad Dressing mix � teaspoon Lemon Pepper � - 1 teaspoon of Dill Weed � teaspoon Garlic Powder � - 1 Cup Salad Oil Combine Ranch Mx and oil, add dill weed, garlic powder and lemon pepper. Pour over crackers and stir to coat. Place in a warm oven for 15 to 20 mintutes. (300�) Stir crackers while in oven once or twice. |

| 1 Cup creamy or chunky Peanut Butter � Cup Margerine 1 large box of Rice Chex 6 Ounce package of Cocolate Chps 3� Cup Powder Sugar Melt and mix peanut butter, margerine and chocolate chips. Pour over chex cereal. Stir until well coated. Put powder sugar in a paper bag, add cereal mixture and shake until covered. |
