Mr. Timothy O'Neill

Mr. O'Neill is the English teacher. He also manages the Self-Esteem Workshop that Daria and Jane attended. Being so has made him emotional and all, always encouraging everyone to show their feelings. Though he is somewhat timid, he has managed to handle Ms. Barch well. They even seem to have some kind of relationship.
