What is Healthy Moms, Healthy Babies?.

• A free program providing information and support concerning healthy eating during pregnancy, breast feeding and infant feeding.
• An informal and educational opportunity to discuss topics you have chosen (often with a guest speaker)
• A time to relax, meet with others and share experiences (child care with activities, free play and a nutritious snack is privided)
• An access to information on both pre and post maternity concerns.
• A connection to free used maternity and children's clothing, plus, inexpensive or loaned baby items.

Healthy Moms, Healthy Babies Offers:.

• One on one nutritional counseling and advice from a registered dietitian.
• Weekly Drop-In (child care provided).
• Support for breastfeeding/infant feeding.
• Home visits, if you cannot come to us, we are willing to come to you.
• Lending library (books and videos)
• Information and support for pregnant women who wish to stop smoking.
• Free, used, maternity and children's clothing.
• Complete confidentiality.
