The Guysborough County Prenatal Nutrition Program is open to all pregnant women and families with infants up to six months of age in Guysborough County. The purpose of the program is to promote healthy pregnancies, mothers, and infants, through the enhancement of prenatal and infant nutrition.The program offers:

• One-to-one Nutritional Assessment and Counseling
• Information and Support with Breastfeeding and Infant Feeding
• Nutrition and Vitamin Supplements
• Lending Resource Library - books, videos etc.
• Maternity and Infant Clothes Exchange
• Home Visits
• Breast Pump Lending Program
