Cold is a band that I've been into since the summer of '99, but it wasn't until their 2nd album 13 Ways To Bleed on Stage that I fell in love. Their music has so much passion, it's too beautiful to describe. I can listen to thier album 10 hours straight and not get bored with it.

There is something about the melodies that they create that is so hypnotic, and just sooths you yet doesn't fail to grab your attention. I remember reading an interview with thier singer, Scooter Ward, about why they chose the spider as their logo, and he answered something along the lines of because it's slow and creepy kind of like our music. So that would be the best way for me to describe them to you.

I've seen them twice live and their shows just simply elevate you to another level. I had to remind myself from time to time to open my eyes. If you need music that will transport you to a beautifully dark fairy tale, look no further there is COLD.
