| There are so many things in life that inspire us. Something we see, hear or read that touches our hearts, prompts self-reflection. An aroma that recalls fond memories. A walk in nature, a day at the beach, skygazing, the weather, a scenic view. Friends, family, our partner, One of those intimate, sharing moments. Children, I find can be especially inspiring. Their honest, straight forward way of thinking and speaking. Their innocence and delight at seemingly unimportant things often invites us to look at life in a non-adult way. Meaning, without guilt, fear or judgement. Prayer and meditation can give us a flash of insight, often referred to as an "aha" or "lightbulb" moment. Perhaps watching a show like Oprah as her guests share their heartfelt stories. Or when she has one of the many Spiritual Philosophers, Consultants or Life Coaches as a guest.
