When reviewing the Texas Tech Women's Tennis Budget Proposal, we discovered only a few minor errors. The first errors were grammatical, and very easy to correct. Next, we made sure to include in the budget section of the proposal an explanation of the budget breakdown graph. When originally writing the proposal, we tried to include a small portion explaining the graph, but in the notes for the presentation, we included a detailed description of it. Because Andrea was not able to make it to the Presentation, the breakdown was not covered in great detail as she had included in her notes, so in the revised proposal the details were included.
Overall, this proposal was a huge learning experience for every member of the group. One of our main strong points was the way that each member brought something different to help the group. In the qualifications section, we made sure to indicate what each member was able to provide for the group. In this proposal, we wanted to make sure that we provided detailed descriptions of future and current fundraisers to help the audience better understand our suggestions, and hopefully agree with our proposal. Our main focus was on the students of Tech as well as the faculty. This was because, we wanted to eventually reach the entire campus and make them aware of the current and future problems the existing budget possesses.
