Biosketch

I was born on November 11, 1983 in Kranj , Slovenia. Slovenia is a small country in Europe located between Italy , Croatia , Austria , and Hungary . After my high school, Texas Tech offered me a full time scholarship for tennis. Because that gave me a great chance to pursue my tennis career through college, I accepted the opportunity and moved away from my family and friends for the first time.

Being here at Tech was a really exciting and interesting experience for me. I have learned a lot about a completely new culture; I became fluent in English, and became a more independent and responsible person.

At the moment, I am in my junior year of college. I plan on graduating in May 2007, with a Public Relations and Marketing Degree. After I graduate I plan to go back home and get a Masters Degree.
