Way of eating I believe in promotes a healthy lifestyle through the ELIMINATION of "Sugar", ... Eating real foods; Protein, Fats, Carbs, Fruits,  and Veggies. Avoiding chemicals as well as processed foods, along with following simple food principals, which results in hormonal balance. There is no measuring, counting calories or fat grams, and when followed accordingly you may eat as much as you want without fear of gaining weight. I love eating this way. Once you try it you'll be hook for life. It is a lifestyle change.
There has been a lot of studies on how americans should eat. They have us believing that low fat diets are the way. When low fat diets really are the culprit, because they include highly processed and high sugar food. These products will spike your inslulin levels in return will cause weight gain, and other unhealthy problems. They do not include real foods.
I think we should eliminate all sugar from your diet and things I call
ill-legal foods. (they include processed and chemical treated foods.)
For a quick run down on my way of eating is:
1. Eliminate sugar.
2. Eat from all food groups at each meal. To keep your metabolism
balance. Your meals should include a  protein,fats, carbohydrates and veggies.   With each meal. Your carbs should be in match with your current metabolism and activity level. (Carbohydrate Guide)
3. Eat 3 meals and 2 snack a day to keep your metabolism running at max.
4. Never skip a meal.
5. Drink at least 8 glasses of
water a day. I prefer more than that.
6. Do not drink before a meal, wait untill half way  done.
7. Do some kind of
exercise daily.
To explain:
Eliminate sugar means using whole foods fresh from the market. I shop the outside of the suppermarket. All the isles in between are full of processed food which almost all include some form of sugar. If need to be prepared or canned food check the
Ingredients for anything funky. Prepare meals at home fresh is the best way. Look for hidden sugars ei.corn starch .
Never skip a meal. Skipping meals slows down your metabolism. When you skip a meal your body goes into a survival stage to keep you going. When you do finally eat your body doesn't know when you plan to eat again so it will take all that food you just ate and store it as fat for later use.
Waiting 30 to 45 minutes before exercising after a meal. Give your body a chance to digest the food.
Drinking water is a must. Water pushes all irreular waste out of the body keeping your metabolism running at high speed.
While keeping your food combinded properly as I do you will see your waist line coming back and your body will form its own ideal body composure.
Eating this was will make you healthier and happier. Your body in perfect balance.
