My Opinion


To me this way of eating takes us back to the basics of food. Back to natural foods, before chemicals and sugar and preservatives were added. Its healthy for children, and for all members of the family. It's no sugar outlook helps diabetics and other people with blood sugar problems learn to control their levels with food before having to resort to medications. If you follow correctly as it is wrriten you will lose weight and heal your metabolism. I find it to be fun, but not fast. I recommend to anyone interested in gaining better health and a happier body to give your time and try it, then decide if you can do it for life. You might just surprise yourself with what you learn.
