All during this time, I was a member of the Church of Christ. A congregation that was Spirit filled (which is unusual for the Church of Christ).

God was using me at all stages. He had placed me in the worship team, using my voice to praise and worship His name. To enable me to lift Him higher in my life, and importantly to thank him for the love He had given me, that I was finally able to show to another person.

God's trust in me, was echoed by the pastor, as he, and the eldership, immediately gave membership of the church to me. A step that confirmed I was in God's will.

The worship group went through some times of trial, and yet God blessed each team that was a member of the group.

We will break dividing walls...

The church grew and shrunk, like any living organism, during this time. I had been a part of a team that had led worship for a number of important preachers and ministers.

When Billy Graham did his global mission, using satellite to broadcast across the world, God had chosen me to be a part of the backing singers. During the final practise for the event, we gathered to pray and to minister to each other. God came and led us for the evening. He had me in tears of joy and humbleness as He told me over and over that He loved me.

All the time during the fellowship with the Church of Christ, God kept telling I was wonderfully and fearfully made. He kept telling me He loved me. God had people in the congregation telling me He loved me, and that He called me His son.
