You will be a slave, or you will be gone. The rules here are simple.
| 1. You do not have to be granted permission to enter. This is a private home; you are not automatically worth our time. If you are denied entrance, you will shut up, and go away. Study, learn, strive to be better, and perhaps next time, we may let you in. |
| 2. On arrival in the room, you will perform the first form of obesiance. This means, you will kneel, your thighs widely spread, unless white silk, you will slowly lower your chest to the floor, your hands placed before you followed by your forehead. In this position, you will plead to be allowed entrance. |

| 4. You will not be idle. If you are not in conversation or serving, you will do chores. If you cannot think of anything to do, beg a task. If you cannot find anyone to grant you a task, you will study. If you are seen silent, you will be reprimanded, unless you can come up with a reason why you should be. |
| 5. You are a slave. Your behavior will reflect that, or you will leave. If you show yourself to be a bratty slave, or a subbie princess, you will not be invited within again. This place is a room for the Free, if you enter without the ability to be pleasing at all times, that is your mistake. The Free do not have to understand PMS or bad days. If you cannot serve with beauty and a smile, do not come in. |
| 6. If you ask to enter and observe, you WILL be silent. You will not move and you will not speak. You will not post thoughts or movements without specific instruction to do so. You will be respectful when spoken to and you will speak in third person. If you do not know what third person is, shut up and watch, and you will find out. If it is not clear, it will be said one last time. You will be silent, completely, unless granted the privilege of speaking before Gorean Free. |
| 7. You will not message to a Free person privately without specific permission in the public room. You will not message serving slaves, aside from the Kala Jagah's slaves. You will respect the other beasts in the room, and you will not criticize publicly unless asked to do so by a Free. |
| 8. You will ask permission to go away from your keyboard. If you are leaving for more than 3 minutes, you will leave the room entirely. When you return, perhaps you will be allowed to enter again. The exception to this rule is if you are at your Master, or another Free's feet. Then the decision is theirs how long you may go. |
| 9. You are a slave. Your mouth is for the pleasure of the Free, not idle chatter between you and other slaves. Unless you are granted permission to speak with your friends, don't. |
| 10. When a slave has begged permission to leave, you WILL NOT wish them well unless the permission has been granted. If the Kala Jagah is busy, you will refrain from wishing well to your friends and other slaves. This is unnecessary, and it clutters the room. |
