In their first activity as a chapter, KAAKBAY-TUYAN chose Valentine's Day to conduct a cultural program showcasing the different practices of the Lumad, Moro and Majority civilizations now existing in our archipelago, their root similarities, their divergence, and a bird's eye view on the roots of conflict. This activity was witnessed by the leaders and elders of the community and was deeply appreciated. KAAKBAY-TUYAN President Ms. Charmaine Joyce Sali formatted the event into a friendly competition between the three groups of the chapter. The Cebuano group won the token first price.
