Goals and objectives : Innovativeness:

The B.Ed. curriculum of JVCE, approved by Jadavpur University, has been developed within the framework of national training programme of the country, as suggested by the UGC, NCTE and NCERT inasmuch as the system includes some novelties and innovations, which make it an institution with a difference. The innovative character of the college can be best understood by considering the time and duration of the course, course contents, methodology, mode of delivery, assessment and evaluation procedures, methods of procuring, providing and using feedback for improving the system and the nature of linkage established with the community at large.
