誰是老大？--王光傑

以前，我是老大。我講的都是對的，你說的都是錯的！

曾經，我也是老大。把老媽氣哭也不在意；佔別人便宜，算他倒楣！

反正，我是老大，儘管老爸把吉他踩破、隨身聽摔壞、聖經丟到垃圾桶….，為的是要我多想一點。

自己當老大，很累，因為不是每件事都能掌握，就算掌握，也不完美。

自己當老大，很無助，為了面子，不容易接受別人的安慰，痛苦都要自己面對。

某天，有個姓『耶』的出現，他說老大換人做做看，一切保證OK!

這麼神？也好！反正心裡有個空位，我的生活，也有需要改進的缺點。

老大給我一本“小弟手冊”裡面有一些規定，還記著老大奇妙的作為。奇怪？手冊都是白紙黑字。老大說：多讀小弟手冊，好處不缺！

老大性格，鐵腕柔情，他相信風行草偃，也支持愛的教育。

老大說：時間有限，生命可以無限；沒有人是完美的，做錯了要改，忘記背後，努力面前！

說到老大的事業，何止百年，更非老店，自古至今，從東到西，樓上到樓下，屋內到巷外，都是我們的業務範圍！

而我們的口號是：完全解決人類生命之問題！嗯！不錯吧！老大說：完成工作並不難，只要學學他，有問題多和他溝通，還要熟悉小弟手冊。靠老大就有信心！

可是，偏偏有個姓『撒』 的，打著『完全解放人類生命之價值 』，到處混搖視聽，搶我們的地盤。

老大交代說：別怕！報我的大名，他就必逃跑。 果然，這招真是有效！

我跟隨老大好幾年了，最讓我感動的是：他對我們的照顧無微不至：有痛苦，他安慰；有困難，他幫助；跌倒了，他扶我起來….。

我問他：老大！你為何這麼特別呢？

他酷酷地說：因為愛！

我想也是，不然，當這種不掙錢的小弟，我早溜了！

最近我問起老大，有沒有為我們這些小弟的將來做點生涯規劃什麼的，他睜大眼睛說：當然有！除了日常生活他跟我們在一起，幫助我門外，他還預備了一個非常棒的地方。他說：到時候，你們要跟我在一起，我的就是你們的，咱們一同當老大！

哇！真是令人興奮！

我們老大，作風海派，他的供應誰也用不完！

他小弟多多益善，來一個收一個，來兩個收一雙！

他是誰？你也想認識他嗎？很歡迎喔！

就算你沒聽過他的名，你也放過他的假。

不是別人，也沒有別人，我的老大，就是----耶穌！

Who's the Boss? Wang Guang-Jie In the past, I was the boss. What I said was right; what you said was wrong!

At times, I was the boss. I didn’t care even if I made my mother cry. If I took advantage of someone, I figured it was his tough luck.

In any case, I was the boss--even when my father trampled my guitar, smashed my walkman, or threw my Bible into the wastebasket in order to get me to think a bit harder.

Being the boss was tiring because I had to handle everything. Even if I did handle everything, it wasn't perfect.

Being the boss, I was helpless. Because of my image, I wouldn’t easily accept it when others would comfort me. I had to face my pain alone!

One day, someone with the initials JC showed up. He suggested taking my place as the boss and guaranteed it would be OK!

It just might be! In any case, there was an empty spot in my heart. My life needed improvement in some areas too.

The Boss gave me a members’ handbook. Inside were some rules and some of the Boss' amazing feats. Oddly, the handbook was just black print on white paper. The Boss said, “If you read this book a lot, a lot of good things will come to you.”

The Boss' nature was like that of an iron fist in a velvet glove. He believed in moral teaching and loving discipline.

The Boss said, “Time is limited, but your life can be forever. No one is perfect. If you do something wrong, change. Forget the past; move forward!

As for the Boss's work, it’s old but not old-fashioned. All through history, from East to West, at home and in society, it all lies within the scope of our duty!

Our slogan is—Provide a complete solution to people’s problems. Not bad, huh?

The Boss said, “Finishing the job may not be hard, you just need to learn from Him more. If you have a question, talk to Him, and get familiar with the Manual. Your confidence will come from Him!

But, unfortunately, there’s someone with the initial “S” who uses the slogan “Total liberation of human values” to go around messing things up and invading our turf.

The Boss explains, “Don't be afraid. Say my Name, and he will flee.” A very effective strategy!

I've been with the Boss many years, and the most moving thing is He takes care of me the best way possible: in my pain, He comforts; in my difficulty, He helps; when I fall, He lifts me up . . ..

I ask Him, “Boss, why do you do this?”

He answers simply, “Because of love.”

I thought so, otherwise, the way I am, and I would have run off long ago.

Lately, I asked the Boss whether He had done any planning for us little brothers and he opened His eyes wide and said, “Of course!” Besides being with us in our daily lives and helping us, He has also prepared a very special place. He says, “In time, you will be with me, and what is mine will be yours. We will be Bosses together!”

Hey, pretty exciting!

My boss is upscale, and His provision is unlimited.

Who is He? Do you want to know Him? Come on!

Even if you don't know His name, you've celebrated His birthday.

It's not anyone else . . . there isn't anyone else . . . my Boss is . . . Jesus.
