Posted: 4/06/02 Switching to a new Server

I’ve discovered that Geocities has changed it free site policies quite a bit. It was to make me and other free site owners to get ticked off and buy a site with a fee. For the welfare of the site, I’ve have decided to switch servers. I have been switching all week, which is why there has been a lack of updates. The new polices seem to limit the site’s capabilities, and I feel their changes are indecent and somewhat irrational. Further updates will not be made to ODM geocities ever again. The new site will be located at onlinedigimon.cjb.net with updates and copies of the pages that are currently in existence on this site. It will be hosted by 150 Megs. This new host is better because they, for the most part, support free sites rather than geocities where they give you a free site and constantly nag you to buy a site with a fee. They offer 100 Megs of space for free, allow up to 3 gigabytes of data transfer (same with geocities), and do not have annoying pop-up banners. With 100 Megs, I could really expand the site. So if you want new updates for ODM, just go to onlinedigimon.cjb.net or onlinedigimon.150m.com. Both are the same thing with different URLs. Well, good bye geocities! It's been nice having the site on the server until recently. ^_^

Posted: 4/03/02 New Search Feature!

I've added a new search engine to the site! Now, it will be easier than ever to find exactly what your looking for on ODM. It has been months and I still haven't finished upgrading to 3.0 completely! I'm sorry. in other news, it is rumored that Digimon World 3 is going to be released in Japan this month. I doubt it though, but Japan always gets the games first. However, Digimon Rumble Arena was released in the USA and Japan almost at the same time, so we can imagine both may get DW3 within a 2day-2week difference. Also, there was a rumor going around that all wonderswan Digimon games were bought by Disney and being made in GBC format, but it was revealed to be nothing more than an April fool's day hoax. Wonderswan, as you may know actualy ws scedualed for USA release in the Summer, but GBA was too so they canceled it. There has been no word of when or even if WonderSwan will be in the USA.

Posted: 4/01/02 Digimon World 3 is close

There are only 1.5 months untill Digimon World 3 is released. I am very excited. I have to admit, the game looks very promising. Yestersay's epsides of Digimon weren't that good. In epsiode 1, they showed a re-run. In episode 2, they didn't do much. Basically, the Tamers were still walking around. Rika was separated from the rest along with Renamon in a cave thing and was looking at that red jellow stuff that's supposed to be a virus thing. She bio-merged with Renamon to form Sakyuamon. Luckily, the artists weren't too detailed, so they managed to show a biomerge of a girl without going to PG-13. *lol* Sakyuamon kicked the jellow stuff's but (if it has one) and won. Next time on Digimon: Juri becomes possesed.

BTW, I deleted yesterday's post. I was very off-topic. In case you are wondering, everything mentioned has become better. Most of the problems have been solved.

Posted: 3/30/02 The Site is now running on HTML

All the old news after the 17th has been deleted due to the tranfer of the site from PageBuilder to HTML format. For now, I have gained the site's stability. What is going on, you may be asking yourself? In a post, that has been deleted by a PageBuilder error, I explained there has been a problem. Yahoo has changed it's PageBuilder program, which I use. The new version could not accept some of the things that were on the site that the old version did, thus causing major errors throughout the site. I have copied the entire site on a remote server. Arrangements have been made to move to a new server, but I am begining to change my mind. As long as the site is stable, that is all that matters. Now the site runs on HTML, a webpage coding. This is the only stable page, so watch out from this point forward for other errors!

Posted: 3/17/02 Happy St.Patrick's Day!!!!

I just wanted to wish you all a happy St.Patrick's day. I don't think I have to decorate the site. It's green enough as is. *lol* Digimon World 3 has been confirmed for release on May 15th. It has been verified that there are 20 all new, never-before-seen Digimon in it. There is a 3-on-3 battle system like DW2, but you can only battle one Digimon at a time like in the Pokemon GBC games. Also, as you may know, there is in fact going to be a 4th Season on Digimon. It has been confirmed a while back, but I haven't gotten much info on it yet.

Posted: 3/16/02 Lack of Updates..again

Sorry guys. I haven't been updating much. It's becoming that updates are now weekly on Saturdays. Today's episodes weren't nearly as great as last weeks, but they were decent. In episode 1, Gallantmon basically continued to fight Beezlemon untill Beezlemon, for some reason, softened up and gave in after remembering all the times humans treated him unfairly. In ep2, Takato recieved a gold Digivice, Terriermon hit Mega level, and there was a battle with the solverine (sp?) and the Tamers that hasn't ended yet. In the next episode, Azulogmon is supposed to show up and start fighting for some reason. In other news, "Digital Monsters RPG" is one step from completement. I've found a patch to let you play it in a web-browser. ^_^

Posted: 3/10/02 Construction Speeding up

Trimesters are finally over for me. Construction of 3.0 should speed up now. However, no sooner have the Trimesters ended, the teachers asigned two rather large reports due the end of the month. This may delay 3.0 a bit. You never know though. I'm not that good at time estimation so it very well could be up by the end of the month. For now, some pages are in 3.0 format, and others are in 2.0 format. Some are both *lol*. In other news, I've completed the Digimon Rumble Arena section. However, there have been a few rumors Bandai has canceled further production of the game for some unknown reason. Prices in some areas have dropped to $5.00 for a copy of it. Yesterday's Tamers episodes were thought to have been the best yet accordinh to hunfreds of fans. I agree too that they were great. ^_^ In the first one, Guilmon DarkDigivolved in an effort to defeat Beezlebumon. In the other one, he DeDigivolved and WarpDigivolved into his true Mega form. Posted: 3/02/02 Today's Eps

Today's epiosdes were pretty good. In the first one, the Tamers (Takato, Henry, and Terriermon) found out they could breathe under water. They pretty much swam around looking for a portal to the real world. They found a library and went in. Inside was Shibumi and he told them about the Digital World and why they were Tamers. He told them to get back home, they had to go to a portal at the top of the "Digital Plane" which is a network of portals leading to other dimensions. However, at the top were the strongest of the Digital World Digimon rumored to surpass normal Digivolution limits. Shibumi made a transportation vehicle out of data and the Tamers got in to travel to the top of the Digital Plane. In the second episode, basically, Susie is sucked into the Digital world where she mets the rabbit deva Antariermon. However, she befriends it and becomes its Tamer. Later she meets up with the others that were in the vehile, which crashes, and recieves her D-Power.

Posted: 2/28/02 Digimon Rumble Arena is out

DRA is finally out! I have a copy myself. The game's graphics aren't that good. The sounds and voices are a little crummy and sound like they were slapped into the game at the last minute. The controlls are pretty good and you can even customize both controller's button controll. You can customize each button to do what you want it to out of a list. The game's battle feature is like SSB. Over-all I gave it an 8 out of 10.

Posted: 2/22/02 They're preselling Digimon World 3 already?!

Click here and see for yourself. I can't believe it. They say it'll come out on May 15th. That's about 3 months from now. It's a while from now. I thought it would've been released sooner. There isn't box art yet, nut I did find tons of cool looking pictures. I can't prove if they are real or not so I'm not gonn'a post the link. Well, tomorrow's Saturday and I don't plan to miss Tamers the 3rd weeks in a row. Bye! ^_^

Posted: 2/22/02 Switching Format

I decided I will just upgrade to 3.0 now and not worry about dates and plans for it. The date for the new format given earlier this week, as you would guess, is now inaccurate. That's becuase that date has been switched to today. *lol* Last night I was bored, so I made a new banner. It's pretty nifty if I do say so myself. It loads a heck of a lot faster than the last one too. I have also now updated the D-Power instructions area. I found the erased data copied on DigiInsane and copied it back. A lot of the data was old and inaccurate though. I updated it and added in a bunch of new info. Now the site has enough data for you to be a D-Power master without even having the manuel or even the slightest clue of what you are doing. I will also post sites to buy it from. I'll try to find the lowest prices. See ya later!
