LUMINARIE, an annual event which held in Kobe during December. It has been started since 1995, as a changing memorial to remind about the Hanshin Great Earthquake which took away more than 6,000 lives in Kobe. Usually, it will be held for two weeks time right before X'mas day. There will be millions of bulbs to light up the huge frames along one street until Kobe City Hall.
