The Himeji Castle was registered in UNESCO's World Heritage as early as 1993. It is located in Hyogo Prefecture, which is next to Osaka. The castle is proud with its huge white main tower, and therefore, it is also called as "White Heron" Castle. The castle is packed with visitors especially during Sakura or Red Leaves season.
