As long as there is one teacher and the computer aide in the computer lab, you should be able to implement the lesson.  If you have a teachers' aide in the room, it would be helpful but not necessary.  Just make sure you give clear directions on your expectations to the aide before your present the webquest to your students.  That way the aide can be ready to answer any questions the students may have.
