Can you see the miniature Schnauzer in this photo? Hint: he's looking straight at you and he's REALLY scared of falling!
This photo shows my dog Leo looking out my living room window at me as I'm starting to drive away in my car. A friend riding with me suggested that I take this photo.

This is a great chess position I got in recently, on the www.chess.net site. I was black. It's black's move. I think the best move for black was Nb5 * c3, which captures a pawn and forks white's queen and white's bishop on e4. If the rook takes the knight, then both bishops can be captured starting with Re8 * e4, allowing black to win a pawn and a piece. If the white queen moves to c2 (both escaping attack and protecting the bishop), then black can take the d4 bishop. If white then takes the knight (either with the rook or the queen), black can take the bishop on e4. So, however white defends black ends up winning a pawn and a piece.
Penny had four kittens recently. This photo shows the four huddled together on the seat of a chair and sleeping.
This photo shows the face of the white and grey kitten a little better.
This great photo shows all three of my neighbor's cats. The one on top of the stool is the mother of the four kittens shown huddled together in the photo below. The mother cat (named "Penny") is also shown in the photo directly above this one. She is the cat Jennifer and I rescued from the tree.

And you thought your place is a mess... well, take a look at mine. If you visit me anytime soon you'll have to bring a tractor if you want to sit down anywhere. HHOK...I don't live in this place anymore...I got evicted...the apartment complex is being converted into condominiums...My new place is much neater, I promise.
(Ha Ha Only Kidding)
In case you were wondering...the wood shown in this photo came from discarded box springs that other tentants in the apartment complex had left by a dumpster. I salvaged the wood by taking the box springs apart, using a variety of tools (a bolt cutter, some pry tools, a mallet, and some other tools). Around a dozen children helped me. They enjoyed the work so much that it was difficult to make them stop doing it after I stopped! They would continue to disassemble newly-discarded box springs without me, and would leave the wood pieces they had recovered leaning on a wall next to my front door. I expect to use %50 or more of these wood pieces in various things I plan to build out of wood. I intend to sell the remaining pieces to a company in Baton Rouge whose owner said they would buy it from me. Incidentally...part of why I did this recycling work was to enable me to do research for a novel I'm writing. The novel will portray professions all around the world being destroyed by newly-discovered knowledge.
