10Days - 9Nights Yali  Tribe Trekking

DAY 01 :     JAYAPURA  ARRIVAL (D) Arrive at Sentani Airport of Jayapura, Meet by Your guide and transfer to your hotel for dinner and overnight stay. 

DAY 02 :    JAYAPURA BY REGULAR FLIGHT TO WAMENA (B,L,D) Breakfast at hotel, on time transfer to the Airport of  Sentani  for departure by Merpati Flight in 50 minutes to Wamena, Arrival in wamena Airport by car transfer to Hotel, then proceed in 40 minutes  to Jiwika to climb up the salt mine to see  how the Dani women prepared salt in their traditional way. 45 minutes walk down to Sumpaima village to see Old mummy and compound of Mabel’s family. Lunch at Guest house. Drive back to Wamena for overnight, dinner will be served at Local restaurant.   

DAY.03 :      WAMENA – KOSAREK - SERKASI (B,L,D) After breakfast, transfer to the Airport of Wamena for a scenic flight of 30 minutes to Kosarek village the first Yaly’s villa to be visited. The trip will take 3-4 hours to Serkasi village for explore the daily life and activities of the Yaly  community.  Lunch box will be served en route, dinner and overnight at local houses.

DAY 04 :      SERKASI  - TELAMBELA (B,L,D)  Simple breakfast at your accommodation,  trek-up and down the hills pass along the  rain forest. Lunch en route. Late afternoon arrive at Telambela village, overnight at Local house or at camping site.

DAY 05 :      TELAMBELA – MEMBAHAM (B.,L,D) Breakfast,  trek through the hills to reach Membaham village. Lunch Box will served en route. Dinner and overnight stay at Local Church or local houses people.

DAY 06  :     MEMBAHAM – HELARIKI  (B,L,D) After breakfast, the trekking continue  going up and down  for 6-7 through the footpath under the dense forest, passing the old bridge, lunch served in the river bank then proceed to Helariki village where you will stay overnight.

DAY 07 :     HELARIKI – ANGGURUK (B,L,D) After breakfast, continue trekking for 5-6 hours to Angguruk passing the river and panoramic scenery, lunch box will served en route. Dinner and overnight stay at Guest house of Missionary.

DAY 08 :    ANGGURUK – WAMENA (B,L,D)    Early breakfast,  a short walking to the Airstrip of Angguruk where you will catch a half hour flight back by a chartered Cessna missionary flight to Wamena. Lunch and overnight at Hotel. Farewell dinner will arrange at local restaurant.

DAY 09 : BY REGULAR FLIGHT RETURN TO  JAYAPURA  (B,L,D)    Breakfast at hotel, on time transfer to the airport for your flight return to Jayapura in 50 minutes., Upon arrival at Sentani Airport, proceed by car to visit monument of Mc.Arthur, Anthropological  Museum, then by local boat visiting some of villages at Lake Sentani, Bark painting is available for your souvenir, lunch serve at local restaurant nearby lake. On the way to hotel you may stop at Hamadi Souvenir market. Afternoon continue to hotel for dinner and overnight stay.

DAY 10 : JAYAPURA DEPARTURE  (B)    Breakfast at Hotel,  transfer  to the airport for your flight to the next destination.
