Warwick Uni Darts Olympics 2003/2004

One of the highlights of the first term is the Darts Olympics, in which a series of fun games are played during one night, with the emphasis on getting all the new players involved and giving them an experience of something other than 501. This year, the Olympics were held on the DATE, and comprised of four seperate events: Archery, High Jump, Steeplechase, and the 200 metres. (More detailed information about each game can be found by clicking on the relevant name (although not yet!!!))

RESULTS

Archery High Jump Steeplechase 200 metres Overall
1st Disco Stu Northern Lepper Hannibal Sharky Hannibal
2nd Sharky Weedkiller Druid Hannibal Sharky
3rd Hannibal Hannibal Disco Stu Hammer and Fury (tie) Northern Lepper

So for the first time in their history, Slovenia (Hannibal) have topped the Olympic table, followed by Iraq (Sharky) and Burkina Faso (Northern Lepper). Unlucky to be missing out on a top three finish was Disco Stu (from somewhere or other!).

Congratulations to them, and cheers to all the other nations that took part (not that I can remember who else was who!!!).
