Vi was inducted into the Legion with the UP draft as Shrinking Violet, a shy introverted young woman. After having secretly come into contact with the Emerald Eye, Vi began to show a much more confident and outgoing personality until the death of the original Leviathan, at which point she became corrupted by the Emerald Eye and briefly subjugated the Legion to their will. With the help of the Legion, she broke free of the Eye's control during their battle with Mordru, but it had mystically transferred Leviathan's growth powers to her. She is a member of the Legion Espionage Squad.
Vi has the native Imskian ability to shrink her body to sub-atomic size and the ability to grow to enormous heights with proportionate mass and strength.
During the year that half of the Legion was "Lost" in uncharted space, Vi worked with Brande and the Legion SUB-terfuge Squad to prepare for the reformation of the Legion. |
