Home
I want all my friends and family, plus visitors, to be able to see the places I have visited during my time here. Thus far we have travelled through fourteen states and the nation's capitol.
We live in a beautiful part of Long Island, Port Washington, with easy access to Manhattan. I guess that's what has attracted so many visitors since we arrived. I hope to demonstrate that this area has more to offer than a fast train to the Big Apple.
My husband Steven (that's him on the left of the photo with me in Central Park) has been here since July 2000 and my younger daughter, Verity arrived in time to start the academic year as a Junior at Schreiber High School.
I arrived on September 23 2000 and brought with me our elder daughter, Felicity. Unfortunately, after a week's holiday she had to return to Belgium as she was already enrolled in university there.
We have now lived in Port for over two years. During that time a lot has happened, we travelled, acquired two dogs, Polly and Sadie, and sent Verity off to university in Brussels.
