Admission&Requirement

 

REQUIREMENTS

        The school adopted an admission policy whereby students from any income group would have an equal access to the school without sacrificing academic standards. Admission of the students is determined principally by their interest to undergo training in the technology area of their choice.

1. Requirements for Regular Students
The applicant must be:

a. at least sixteen (16) years old
b. a secondary school graduate
c. physically fit
d. of good moral character
e. pass oral & written entrance examination

        Upon release of the examination result, eligible applicants are required to submit the following documents needed for enrollment.

a. original high school report card
b. certification of good moral character signed by the School principal or guidance counselor
c. 6 colored pictures, 2 pcs. (1” x 1”) and 4 pcs.(2”x2”)
d. Medical certificate and X-ray result as certified by a Physician

        Admission is made only if the records required for the enrollment are complete. In exceptional cases the students will be considered temporarily enrolled only in the first three months pending the submission of pertinent records. Compliance with admission requirements must be the primary responsibility.

2. Requirements for Transfer Students
        Transferees shall be admitted provided they submit their original transcript of records for evaluation. They shall likewise pass the oral and written examination.

Documents required for enrollment:

a. Original transcript of records
b. Honorable dismissal
c. Four (4) pcs. colored pictures (size 1” x 1”)d. Medical Certificate and X-ray result as certified by a     physician

        Entrance examination is given weekly between March to April of each year. Applicants will be given a schedule and date of examination upon their application at the Guidance Office.

3. Requirements for Short-Term Programs

a. Barangay Clearance
b. 2 pcs. 1"X1" ID Picture

4. Requirements for PGMA English Computerized Learning Program

a. Endorsement from Congressman to be submitted to TESDA-Laguna (Calamba)
b. Must pass Prospeak with a score of 46-54 (TESDA Regional & Provincial Offices)
c. Photocopy of any of the following:
    → Certificate of Competency issued by TESDA
    → Training Certificate from TESDA Registered Program
    → Diploma from Higher Education Institutions
d. Photocopy of Birth Certificate from NSO
e. Must be 18 years old and above
f. 2 pcs. 2”x2 “picture and 2 pcs. 1”x1” picture (white background)

         All students are required to comply with the provisions of the Student Handbook. They should familiarize themselves with its contents. Ignorance of any provision of the Student Handbook does not excuse any student from compliance and from corresponding sanctions.

         Students have duties and responsibilities which correspond to their rights as well as their limitations provided for in the Student Handbook so that the exercise of their rights does not infringe on the rights of others.
