JZGMSAT'S 7TH GRADUATION RITES: DIRECTOR GATCHALIAN
ADDRESSES 479 GRADUATES

         April 16, 2008 was a red day of the 479 graduates of JZGMSAT who attended the thanksgiving mass officiated by the San Antonio Parish priest, Fr. Tootsie Buenaventura, in the morning and at fie in the afternoon of the same day, was the 7th Graduation Rites held at the covered court of the institution with the theme "The new TTI's: e-TESDA; the Response to the Fast Changing Cyber World of TVET. Present in the evert were Acting Regional Director of TESDA Region IV-A Teodoro M. Gatchalian, the first district Congressman of Laguna Hon. Danilo Ramon "DAN" Fernandez, Biñan Councilor Hon. JM Carait, the industry partners, parents, and the faculty and staff JZGMSAT headed by the VSA Mr. Rolando V. Dela Torre.

         “The future of the Philippines is in the backbone of Technical Education”, this was the statement emphasized the by Dir. Gatchalian & Jovelyn Pabiona during the commencement address. He stressed that the population of the country is “young” meaning the birth rate is higher that the mortality rate. The average rate is twenty three ranged in a working group which is an advantage for a good future because other countries will be needing manpower. Messrs. Fernandez and Carait shared their experiences behind their success and congratulated all the graduates.
