KEYBOARD SHORTCUTS
Often a lot of time is spent within applications,
darting all over the menu lists performing
commonly accessed functions. Many of these are
able to be effected quickly and simply via your
keyboard. For instance, try hitting the F1 key
right now. This is effectively the same as going
up to Help in the tool bar menu, then clicking on
"Contents and Index", except it is
considerably quicker.
Here's another one that I
always find quite handy - if you have a modern
keyboard with the Windows key between Ctrl and
Alt, hold that down and press the D key. You will
instantly clear your desktop by minimising all
active windows to the task bar. This is surely
quicker than going up and hitting four or five
minimise buttons, don't you think?
The following keyboard

are on the computer:

an item from the page and onto the
clipboard.
Both Cut items and Copied items can then
be pasted elsewhere.
Ctrl + V will PASTE
a copied or cut item into a selected
workspace. |
