Welcome to this small site presenting the 11th and last lot for sale on my small development in Roatan, Bay Islands, Honduras. I did not plan to seel this lot I sold other lots 3 years ago. I kept this lot for building my house, it's the best lot. But I just bought another large property to develop in West End and I need funds to put up a road, water, etc. So I decided to sell this nice lot. The picture below is 4 years old. To-day there are first houses on the beach and on the hill in the back. The beach is also wider as some trees were cut on the beachfront.

If you want cheaper lots there are many others for sale. They are not on such a nice beach and lagoon, areas outside West Bay are not as safe as my lot; West Bay and West End are the most protected areas form hurricanes (winds come from the other sides). It is your choice: if you want the best, prime location, very easy to resale, I think that you might want to visit my lot. If not, there are many other good lots in other parts of the island.

If you are seriously interested, simply go and visit the lot, visit other lots, compare it with other options. Marco can accompany you if needed.
