The property is located in West Bay, on the North of West Bay Village in the middle of the protected West Coast of Roatan, in the Bay Islands, 20 minutes by a small plane from La Ceiba, on the mainland Honduras. At the very end of this page is a copy of the lot survey.
West Bay is on the far left of the map. My lot for sale is around 1500 ft (500 m) from the point of West Bay village.
10 minutes walk along the white sand beach (to West Bay village), 15 minutes walk to West End village, along beaches, passing two small points with rocks; or few minutes ride by water taxis passing in front of the property or with your own boat; or by car, the property has a private cemented road, called Tamarind Drive. Tamarind Drive starts on the main road between West End and West Bay, the gate is marked at the gate. It is steep at the beginning; it was recently improved, it is, very stable; around 40 home owners have lots on the side of this road and use this road.
If you come and want to visit the place you can ask me the contact of Marco Rosales, real estate agents, who can accompany you. You can also go by yourself if you wish. You can take a taxi: from West end, you can follow the public road towards West Bay. The access road to the lot will be after the highest point of the road (a place called Miramar, with a view on the two coasts, West End and Flowers Bay); immediately after Miramar, before arriving to the first Canopy tour, the road to the property goes down to the right, with a narrow angle. The gate mentions "Tamarind Drive". The survey below shows the whole 25 acres lot with lot 3 and two small beach lots in the front.
