Locating the property in West Bay: Pictures from far away at sea. I assembled and scanned three pictures taken from a sailing boat: I scanned them together below: the wide picture shows 1/2 a mile of the West Bay coast, at high tide. The lot is on a small rocky point 12 ft higher than sea level. As I was at sea level, from far away, the picture does not show the nice sand beaches! From the left to the right of the picture the distance is around 1.5 mile. The elevation of the hill on the back varies around 200-250 ft. On the right end of the picture, you can see West Bay village, with a nice Yacht anchored. In the middle of the picture you can see three small roofs, this is Las Brisas Resort. West Bay village is gradually extending to the left, towards my property, with a park and restaurant recently established and more luxury houses on large lots. The lot for sale is located in the yellow frame on the left of the picture. I bought 3 acres from a 25 acres property owned by Don Goin, a retired surgeon, who lives in Roatan. I developped the property and sold it in small lots. I sold all lots excpet lot 3, the one I am now offering for sale. The left lot on the beach, in front of lot 3 is already built, with a three storey house. The right lot on the beach of lot 3, should be built soon. Lot 3 still has a direct sea view, allowing to watch the sunset along a beach access lane, in the middle of the two beach front lots. Lot 3 also will also have a 180 degrees view from the second and third levels. The picture is 3 years old, it does not show recent constructions. You can see a white point up left of the yellow frame, this is the visible portion of the private cemented road going down from the public road (the West-End to West-Bay road)in the property, down to the property's private beach.
