My African Grey Parrot
It's been in our home for more than two years. The talking parrot has now become more than a pet; it is a friend that makes our home more alive.

Parrot Lost and Found
Read about the day I nearly lost my great birdy friend.

My First Trip to the Lion City
From Sept 23-25, 2000, I was in Singapore. It was a spur-of-the-moment trip. I went to Senstosa island and the gigantic "Underwater World" marine aquarium there.

The Friendly "Piranha"
No, this one was not the man-eating type. On the contrary, it was friendly. It even allowed us to pat it. But it's in our home no more. For more than two years, the two-foot fish solely graced our seven-foot aquarium in the sitting room. Before it died tragically. I almost cried. Our aquarium fared no better.

The "breaking up" of the aquarium
Tension, tension, tension was what enveloped me that day when the aquarium was finally "broken up" and "put to rest".
