THE LODGIN. ROOM & BOARD.

     G.T.A.L. Is the last human outpost on the Yanayacu River. It can accommodate up to 25 guests, though on average, we expect no more than 10 to 15 at any given time, so as to maintain our casual unhurried pace. The bungalows that we have are rustic, clean, private and with a thatched roof. With flush toilet, wash basin, shower and individual beds and kerosene lighting.

     In addition to the five guest bungalows, the lodging also has a spacious fly screened community room for eating, drinking socializing and presentation by our guides. We are able to provide cold beer and coke.

     The community room and the bar is large enough to hold over sixty guests if necessary. We limit our daily number of guests to a maximum of 30 in our perfect setting. We have also a speed boat that leave Iquitos river port everyday (130km, 3 1/2hours) to the lodge. The shelter also serves a base camp for those who desire an extended trek or camping by boat or canoe. All the thached roof bungalows are connected by elevated walkways. Mosquito netting surrounds all our lodging facilities. You will find that our staff are knowledgeable and friendly.
