Guild Structure
Below are descriptions of all the positions/ranks in the guild ranked from highest to lowest. Read them carefully, know them well. Click on each rank to view their pictures.
Leader:
The leader guides the way the guild will follow, considering the opinion of everyone of course, and with the help of the royal guardians.
Royal Guard: These members represent the Kingdom of Tanelorn. They must be an example to everyone. They have rights to punish members and invite new members. Royal Guards are not your enemy! They are there to help you in the way of the guardian.
Legend: These members are the elder members. They have performed many deeds of extreme importance to our kingdom that will never be forgotten. They can personalize another item as a Tanelorn Treasure. (Check the end of this document for more details).
Hero: These members are very old in the guild, and they have done mighty deeds of extreme importance to Tanelorn. Only someone very trustworthy and hard working will reach this rank. This member may personalize one of their items as a Tanelorn Treasure. (Check the end of this document for more details).
High Guardian: These members are like guardians, but they are older and also have done greater things within the guild. Being a high guardian is a rank of good respect! Leadership is a necessary quality to reach such an honored rank. With the promotion to High Guardian comes a title!
Guardian: Now these members are true guardians. They have been in the guild for a considerable ammount of time and proved to be worth this position. Now they can suggest invitations. Furthermore, they can rent rooms in the guild hall.
Initiated: These members already learned the rules and are getting ready to become a true guardian. Guild can offer protection considering the case.
Peasant: This rank is for second characters of the members.
Corrupted Old Gnome: This ranks is used to punish members for not following our rules. Other degrading ranks can be created, but this one is an example.
Retired: These are members that are retired from Tibia. They will not be kicked from the guild, nor do they have to pay the guild fee. Note that pretending to be retired to not pay the fee and to not follow the rules is serious rule breaking.
Trial Guardian: These members just joined the guild. They have no rights and the guild will not protect them if they create problems. They must prove their worth following the rules and meeting new members.
Tanelorn Treasures:
They are special items of the kingdom of Tanelorn. You prove that your item is a treasure because you receive a stamped letter to the leader describing your item (its stamped so it wont be a fake letter). Special items are treasures and might be given in events and contests.
For example: The king's helmet. You see a royal helmet (Arm:9).It weighs 48.0 oz.An excellent masterpiece of a smith. This helmet was used by the first king of Tanelorn, Telerius, and is a symbol of wisdom.
As you see the item has a name (the king's helmet), the description that Tibia gives to it, and a background (the helmet of the first king, a symbol of wisdom).
