Recruitment

So, you would like to join our guild? That's great! All good hearted Tibians who swear loyality to our kingdom and follow the path of the guardian are welcomed in Tanelorn. You only have to fit a few basic requirements:

Requirements:
-Level 25 or higher.
-No red skull.
-Cannot be in a guild when submitting the application.

If you do not meet these standards now, don't worry! We are sure you will be able to get these things easily! Once you have achieved them, we will ask you to send us some short answers (formal please) concerning the following questions:

- What is your Character name?
- What are your other characters names?
- What do you consider a guild?
- What previous guild(s) have you already been in?
- Why did you leave the guild(s)?
- Do you have any enemies or do you not like someone?
- Where did you get information about the Guardians of Tanelorn?
- Why do you want to be a member of the Guardians of Tanelorn?
- Why should we let you be a member of the Guardians of Tanelorn?
- Give us some references about you. (Other players, guilds, something you did?)

-Important! We also require a character background (roleplaying), nothing extravagant, but not something too short.

We will notify you when your application has arrived as soon as it is in our hands. Then, we will start analyzing it. Be patient! It can take some time depending on the number of applications and the number of people working on the issue. Be sure you will not go unanswered!

Voting:
High Guardians and higher ranks can vote if the person should or should not enter in the guild. Guardians or lower can post their opinion, but not vote. To enter, the applicant needs to have at least 2/3 of all the votes. If many people want to join, we will normally recruit only 5, the top 5 with the most votes that are at least 2/3+ of the total votes.
