Quest for the Eye

The Tanelorn people are very inquisitive. They enjoy digging through books to gain more knowledge about the world. Our story takes us to the head librarian of Tanelorn. Its her duty to oversee all projects the library deals with. One of her special projects was to translate an old book of divine magic. But alas! There are those who fear knowledge, for knowledge is power. These ill meaning people casted a spell of blindness upon the head librarian, turning her world into darkness. Thankfully, our head librarian is a very well-learned person. She remembered that the center eye of an Elder Beholder heals many sicknesses of the eye. But, an Elder Beholder! So much is unknown about this beast. Therefore, the Guardians of Tanelorn were called upon. Their mission: to retrieve at least one center eye of a Elder Beholder. This is their tale...
