
1. Availability of tours.
To check the availability of tours, please contact us, Gobiin
Ogloo via e-mail or by fax.
2. Send your completed, signed reservation form and payment.
Please complete and sign the reservation form and send it
to us by fax or by e-mail. We require a non-refundable deposit
of 10%. You can also book over the phone with a credit/debit card
but you must still send the completed, signed booking form.
3. Confirmation and final payment.
If your booking is accepted, a confirmation invoice, general
information booklet and trip dossier will be sent to your home
address. Full payment of the trip is due no later than one month
prior to departure date.
4. Passport, visas
You will need an entry visa on your passport to travel to
Mongolia. This can be obtained from a Mongolian Embassy or Consulate
in your country if there is one or in the nearest Mongolian Embassy.
In case you have any difficulties you can contact us. We'll provide
you with an invitation letter in order to facilitate getting your
visa.
5. Insurance
For insurance matters you should approach the insurance companies
in your home town. If you wish to find out the terms and conditions
of Mongolian Insurance Companies, you are welcomed to get in touch
with us.
6. Terms of payment
We accept wire transfer, credit cards such as VISA, AMERICAN
EXPRESS, JICA, MASTER CARD and cheques only in US dollars.
