| "Me? I'm a meat and potatoes kinda guy." I believe that you can tell alot about a person by the way they eat. I've had this belief for a while, and after observing a few people and getting to know them, I realized that it's very true. Zac, from what I've seen, is like most other "meat and potatoes kinda guy"s. They like to keep things simple, not too flashy, not too plain. They like variety and being different, but they don't like to stand out in crowds or experiance drastic changes. They like just enough change to keep things interesting. They're recognizable, and feel a sense of warmth and security in that, but they value their privacy. They like to have a sense of control over themselves and their lives, and feel unbalanced and freaked out when they don't have that sense of control...but they are not controlling people. They have strong, family values, and dislike being too far away from their loved ones. When they need time to themselves, they don't wander off too far, and they're never gone for too long, and they rarely stray too far from their family. They're into home-cooked style meals, but they don't like to cook. They'll help out with the dishes (usually drying) and they'll often clear the table. Other chores they usually do (mainly to avoid heavy housework) is vacuuming, and taking out the garbage. After meals, they like to relax. They're also not clean eaters. They tend to slop quite a bit. They take big mouthfuls of food, and usually eat everything on their plate, except for the stuff they don't like. If they know you well, they'll let you know what they didn't like, without being rude. They'll try to eat a bit of it, just to not appear ungrateful, but it's hard for them to even swallow it, let alone finish it. Sometimes, they'll try to mix in what they don't like with the stuff that they do like so it's easier for them to eat. It's not uncommon for meat and potatoe kinda folks to get a bit of gravy on their clothes, face, hands, sometimes even in their hair. They usually don't bother with napkins, they'll try to lick off as much as they can...unless of course, it is on the table, their hair or on their clothes. They're very relaxed people, open minded, blunt, and comfortable with themselves. Others in their prescence often feel at ease. They don't like to dress up. They prefer to wear jeans and a comfortable shirt when going out, and sometimes even jogging pants. When they do have to dress formally, they try to keep it as comfortable as possible. It's extremely rare you'll find the men wearing a cumberbun or a tie, even at their own weddings, and when they do...they'll take it off every chance they get, vocalizing how uncomfortable it is. They enjoy friendly arguments, but they're also very peaceful. They dislike tension and are firm believers of "to each their own." They aren't violent people, but they are playful. They'd prefer to play video games or a musical instrument to release their anger rather than have their fist meet somebodies face. In long-term relationships, they normally end up with one who does most of the cooking and housework. They tend to leave their clothes all over the bedroom, and wet towels and clothes scattered in the bathroom. They look forward to going to their parents on holidays. The signifigant other ends up visiting their own relatives on the day before, or the day after holidays, rarely on the day of. Unless the folks live close by. |
