Apart from temporary fashion trends that come and go, is a restaurant that keeps the good things of ever.
We offer a market cuisine based on a rich blend of Castilian and Basque dishes. The roasted leg of milk-fed baby lamb, the T-bone, the fresh fishes, the natural mushrooms and vegetables, the Burgos spiced beef and the enormous salads are our identity card in the table.

Our plates are not sophisticated. They are conceived from the respect to the best quality raw materials.
We think that the traditional cooking is the one that better follow this idea.
It is our most valuable asset and the most appreciated by our clients. In order to offer our guests the tastes from ever, we only use fresh seasonal products paired by quality wines of Spain.
In our cellar we stock hundreds of bottles of various regions and different vintages.
