Factory bank is located just as you leave Ramsey on the way to Ramsey St Mary's the stream actually runs under the town of Ramsey emerging at the end of the town. A narrow stream, which runs along side a track for about 1/2-mile before the track, turns away from the stream. This first stretch is quite shallow being about 3ft in most places there are reasonable number of easy access swims along this part and parking is not a problem. The track rejoins the stream about a mile further down near a mariner where the stream becomes deeper about 6ft the stream continue for around 1/2 mile before it joins the brick hilms which is a much wider and deeper drain. Factory bank seems to contain a large number of smaller pike around 4lbs to 8lbs it has been rumored that a few Zander have been caught up to 6lbs but I would consider it to be to shallow for Zander myself. The water is run by the Ramsey Angling club ticket are available from Wades located in Ramsey.
