This web site was created by the webmaster to assist veterans of the 1st Battalion find their friends from their individual Companies.  This is a free website. There are no dues.  You already paid your dues with your service to your Country.  However, it is strongly recommended, but not necessary, for individuals to consider joining the Sixteenth Infantry Regiment Association and also the Society of the First Infantry Division.  Other reunion information will be posted when received for those wanting to hold mini reunions.

If you want to attend reunions, it is recommended that you join the above mentioned associations and attend with your buddies you have found on this web site.  Company-sized reunions can be held at the 16th Infantry Regiment CP at the First Division's yearly reunion.

A limit of 10 photographs per individual will be allowed until this web site runs out of server space.

Company history is welcomed.  Roster information will be posted as it is gathered.  Any history or roster contribution to this web site will have the donors names listed and credited with the donation.

This webmaster does not charge for, nor will accept any money for the services for this web site.  However, in the future, if members would like to purchase a Domain Name (ex. www.1stbattalion.org) or pay for server space and get rid of the advertisements, it will have to be done through donations.   Anyone who sends a donation will have his/her name listed below along with the date and amount of donation and what it was used for so everyone can see who to thank for contributing to this free web site.
