Most software vendors provide software for training and evaluation purposes. Many vendors also offer free software for full production use.
I recommend my Rapid Install for Windows for maximum software exposure.
I can install software on a PC Based Linux setup (Fedora, Ubuntu,,,) by request. This is an inexpensive way to simulate IBM AIX or Sun Solaris especially for Oracle installations.

Install the Web software on your PC. You'll be shown how, so you can do it next time. Software is freely provided. I will give you free CD's or DVD's Train you on how to use the software you just installed on Windows or Linux. Major software categories are listed on the left panel. A suggested training format is provided. Empower the developer to control over the dev. environment as possible. Be more effective with troubleshooting and communicating with DBA's, and technology groups and consultants Minimize training costs, development costs and major software purchases. A knowledgeable development staff may mean less dependency on expensive consultants and new-hires. |
For a limited time and between Thursday and Sundays, the training will be free of charge and only travel expenses will be charged (Canada and U.S. only)
